If you are unable to attend, refunds are not offered but you will be able to transfer your ticket to an alternative date (subject to availability) or you may transfer to a friend - transfers must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. In the unlikely event that the session needs to be cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a full refund or option to move to another date (subject to availability).
