Terms and Conditions:
All classes have to be pre-booked and pre-paid (in-person payment is possible - please contact FluidFitness to arrange)
Cancellations have to be made up to 12 hours prior to class start to receive a full refund
Tickets can NOT be transferred
If you fail to show, notify and/or cancel your ticket in time of the cancellation policy then a chargeback of 1 single ticket will be made.
Any leftover allowance of classes can NOT be transferred.

The 6 Class Pass for 'Row, Core & More' indoor rowing classes is valid for 8 weeks from the date of the first booked class
With the purchase of a Class Pass at least ONE SINGLE TICKET has to be chosen but in order to avoid disappointment we recommend that you book all of your desired classes in case they become fully booked.
Classes may be subject to change in which case alternative classes/days or refunds will be offered
Refunds on bought Class Passes will be given only under special circumstances such as a discovered pregnancy which would not allow participation in the regular classes

A PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and Informed Consent form has to be completed before the start of any programme with Fluid Fitness. These forms will be updated annually. Should any information change then the participant has to inform Fluid Fitness
If any new or known medical conditions or any other reasons as to why participation in any or one particular physical activity should be avoided then Fluid Fitness will hold no liability. This is also the case if false information is given.
