Our unique Setting offers the support to create a whole person, holistic approach to family life. We understand the importance of teaching the next generation ways to regulate and aim to give them and you tools to cope with up and coming challenges that family life can give you.
Our sessions are very relaxed and provide a no pressure environment where children and adults can socialise and learn new practices or develop on going ones. We want you to take these back into your homes and create healthy routines and keep the teaching alive for the next generation

Whilst most of our sessions will be for the whole family we will occasionally put on adult or child only events, we hope to see you soon
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS
Sessions cancelled due to extreme weather will be fully refunded how you paid.
We are unable to offer refunds however accept transfers up to 24 hours before if you decide you can no longer attend. You can offer your place to a friend but must inform us of the new details so we can update our register manually.
