If at least 48 hour's notice is given for cancellations, your account will be kept in credit to use at a later date.

If less notice is given and we can still fill your place, your account will be kept in credit minus an administration fee, otherwise full ticket cost will still be charged.

All no shows with no notice will be charged at full cost.
