I aim to keep things fair for everyone while keeping classes running smoothly. Please read this policy before booking.

Cancellations by You
Notice period: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the class start time for a full credit or transfer to another class (subject to availability).

Late cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class or do not attend, the class fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class passes / blocks: If you hold a class pass or block booking, late-cancelled or missed sessions will be deducted from your pass.

Cancellations by Me
If I need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered:
A transfer to another class
Or a full refund/credit (your choice)

Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Refunds are only given in line with the notice period above, or if I cancel a class.
