We understand that plans can change! Please review our refund and credit policy below before booking your class. For any further information or to request a refund/cancellation, contact us via Instagram (@artemisclasses) or email: artemisclasseslpl@gmail.com
Cancelled Classes
If a class is cancelled by the instructor or venue, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Refunds or credits must be requested within 72 hours of receiving the cancellation notice.
After 72 hours, we may not be able to process a refund or credit.
Student Cancellations
Refunds or credits for classes not cancelled by us must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
No-Shows
Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be given for missed classes without prior notice.
Transfers & Credits
You may request to transfer your booking to another class or date (subject to availability) instead of receiving a refund.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that some payment processors may take additional time for the funds to appear.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel after the 48-hour window due to illness or unforeseen events, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
