Cancellation & Transfer Policy

As my classes, circles and events have limited spaces, your booking reserves a place specifically for you.

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your booking to another suitable session, as long as you give me at least 48 hours’ notice before the session begins.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, cannot be transferred.

You’re also welcome to pass your place on to someone else — just let me know their name before the session.

If I need to cancel a session, you’ll be offered the choice of transferring your booking to another session or receiving a full refund.

Thank you for understanding. This helps me manage my small-group sessions fairly, while still giving you some flexibility if your plans change. 🤎
