Welcome to Baby and Me, an immersive sensory room and well-being space in Bexhill town centre. Whether it’s your first time attending a baby class or you’ve been before, you’ll be warmly welcomed — there’s no pressure here, just time to enjoy your little one

Baby Massage and Bath Babies Spa run as monthly courses as our Newborn Nurture - time to bond, connect and relax with your little one

Stay and Play sessions run daily and are free flow sessions where little ones can explore the sensory room and have fun at our different play stations

Themed Sessions for special events such as Easter, Halloween and Christmas, available as a variety of sessions for all ages. Also includes our monthly Birthday Babies session, to celebrate little ones turning one that month
