Sensory Room Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, especially when you have little ones. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while helping us keep the sensory room available and running smoothly for everyone.

Cancellations & Refunds
• More than 48 hours’ notice: You can cancel or reschedule your booking for a full refund or credit towards another session.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: We’re unable to offer a refund, but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a different day or to a friend (just let us know their name in advance).
• No-shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits if you don’t attend your session without notice.
