By booking a workshop with Bliss & Bloom Creative, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your place. Workshop prices include the materials stated in the workshop description unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 10 days before the workshop: full refund or transfer to another available workshop.
• 2–10 days before: transfer or 50% refund.
• Less than 2 days before: no refund, as your place and materials will have been reserved.
• If you cannot attend, your place may be transferred to someone else with at least 6 hours’ notice.

If Bliss & Bloom Creative Cancels
If a workshop is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund if the new date is unsuitable. Refunds are limited to the workshop fee and do not cover travel or other expenses.
