Cancellations within a 14-day cooling-off period are fully refundable if the service hasn't commenced.
For later cancellations, brown bear wellness retains 25% of the fee plus processing costs.
Postnatal and Boxercise classes may require prior medical clearance.
Brown Bear Wellness policies include a 14-day cooling-off period, where cancellations before services begin are fully refunded. If services have commenced, a 25% fee, plus payment processing costs, is retained.
For specialized and/or higher-intensity sessions like Mums & Cubs Postnatal classes, Boxercise, online PT, step aerobics etc. medical clearance may be required.
12 hours is the minimum cancellation period for PAYG classes, (this may be waived in the event of medical exceptions)
