Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens! To ensure fairness for all participants and to allow folks on the waitlist a chance to attend if plans change, our policy is as follows:
Standard Cancellations: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are generally non-refundable, as final preparations (including tea and materials for the ceremony) have already been made.
Emergencies & Weather: We want you to stay safe and well. If an emergency arises, or if severe weather forces us to postpone or cancel the session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can adjust our group count and tea preparations accordingly. Thank you for understanding!
