A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the proposed booking otherwise the Hirer will still be liable for the standard charges. In the event of a cancellation being made at the appropriate time, the Trust will refund the fee if no further bookings are required.

If the Trust finds it necessary to cancel a booking, as much notice as possible will be given, generally not less than 24 hours and a refund will be made.

The Trust accepts no liability in respect of commitments incurred by the Hirer due to such cancellations.
