If you cancel 1 hour before the start of class your account will be credited. If cancellation is less than 1 hour unfortunately there is no refund given.

If you are unable to attend the booked class you have the opportunity to 'transfer' to another class, within the following 7 days. Transfer is allowed up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the original booked class.

Our class passes are non-refundable.

Any launch offer membership is refundable within the first 14 days of purchase and thereafter is non-refundable.

One to one (1-2-1) private classes are fully refundable 48 hours prior to the booked class and any notice of cancellation thereafter will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
