Politique de remboursement

Direct Payments: If Enchanted Forage Limited cancels an event or course, you will receive a full refund for direct payments. However, refunds are not available for vouchers.

Cancellation by Clients: Once a course or event is booked and paid for, the client will have 48 hours to cancel their tickets to receive a full refund (minus -£5.00 per booking administrative fees)
Should the client need to cancel within the 48 hour period, no refunds will be issued.

Factors Beyond Control: We cannot issue refunds if the cancellation is due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather (extreme weather that poses a threat to the safety of all clients)
