Refunds for cancellations of block bookings can only be processed up to 48 hours before the block start date.
Due to the nature of Forest School we are unable to offer cancellations and refunds for individual sessions.
If your child is unable to attend an individual session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances please contact Fenix Forest School at least 1 hour before the session start time by emailing fenixforestschool@gmail.com or calling 07303 159949.
In the event that Fenix Forest School has to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or sever adverse weather an alternative date will be offered and if this is not possible a pro-rata refund will be issued for the number of sessions missed.
