Politique de remboursement

  1. Group Event Tickets
    We are happy to offer refunds on group event ticket bookings up to three (3) days before the scheduled event date.
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking system.

  2. Retreat Bookings
    Please note that retreat spaces are exempt from the above refund terms where a non-refundable deposit has been paid. Any deposit paid to secure a retreat place is non-returnable under all circumstances, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the organiser.

  3. Ticket Transfers
    If you are no longer able to attend a group event, your ticket may be:
    Transferred to another event of the same value, or
    Applied towards a service of higher value, with the difference in cost payable at the time of transfer.
    All transfer requests must also be made no later than three (1) day before the event.

  4. Non-Attendance
    Failure to attend an event without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or transfer will be issued.

  5. Cancellation by Us
    In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either:
    A full refund, or
    A transfer to a future session of equal value.

This is in accordance with standard UK consumer protection guidelines.
