Field Yoga

Hi! My name is Louisa, I have over 500 hours of yoga teacher training in Yin yoga, Hatha, Hatha and Vinyasa sequencing, Meditaition, Chinese medicine application to Yin yoga, Myofascial release and meridian theory, Face yoga and Yoga for Cancer.
I am offering free yoga classes in my local area to anyone who has been affected by cancer - family members included, after I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2021.
