• After subscribing, you’ll receive your personal membership code
• Use your code on our website to book your weekly classes
• Small-group sessions with a maximum of 5 people
• Choose from our available Reformer Pilates sessions

Terms & Conditions
The Weekly Pilates Reformer Membership provides access to either:
One class per week (£17/week), or
Two classes per week (£30/week).
Membership fees are charged automatically on a recurring weekly basis.
Upon successful subscription, members will receive a personal discount code to email in the next 24 hours.
This code must be applied when booking each class.
Discount codes are strictly personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Classes must be booked in advance through the studio’s booking system.
Membership does not guarantee a space in a specific class. Bookings are subject to availability.
Unused sessions cannot be carried forward to future weeks.
Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that session.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing date.
No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
Members are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before participating.
Participation is at the member’s own risk.
The studio reserves the right to amend class schedules, instructors, pricing, or membership terms where necessary.
Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
Any misuse, sharing, or fraudulent use of a personal discount code may result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
By purchasing a Weekly Pilates Reformer Membership, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership fees continue each week automatically until cancelled by the member.
