You can attend our days with friends or on your own and we also offer tailor-made private retreat days for exclusive groups.
Event Cancellation by Organiser
If for any reason the event is cancelled by the organiser (e.g., due to poor weather conditions (if event is held outside), illness of one of the hosts or other unforeseen circumstances), guests will be offered a full refund of the ticket price (face value) or a credit for a future event of their choice.
Note: Booking and transaction fees are not refundable. Organisers are not liable for associated costs like travel or accommodation, that guests may have arranged in line with the event.
Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date or location, the original tickets will remain valid for the new date. If a guest cannot make the rescheduled date, they are entitled to a full refund of the ticket (face value) upon written request within 30 days of the announcement.
Ticket Transfers
Guests who cannot attend may transfer their ticket to another person in lieu of a refund, or transfer their ticket to an alternative date, provided they notify the organiser at least 30 days in advance before the event begins.
General Conditions and Process
Method of Refund: In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the organiser, refunds will be issued via a BACS transfer to the guests account.
