Politique de remboursement
It is possible to cancel a booking after it has been placed. Refunds are based on the following criteria:
- Cancellation prior to enrolment on the course will enable a full refund to be provided.
- Up to 2 weeks after enrolment on the course a student may leave the course and receive a full refund (less an administration charge of £75 + VAT) if they have not accessed any of the course materials on the virtual learning environment. They should inform the course administrator that they wish to leave as soon as possible.
- After 2 weeks from enrolment, or if course materials have been accessed as at any point after enrolment, then no refund can be given.
- Any request for cancellation should be made in writing via post or email.
- Refunds will be paid within 30 days
- A student may transfer their place to another student within their practice if they have been enrolled for less than 1 month and have not submitted any assignments to their tutor
