If the event is cancelled by Glenard Dogs, you will be given the option for a full refund, transfer to another workshop date or alternatively you can choose a voucher for the value of your booking to arrange on a date that suits you.

If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, then there is no refund.

Some workshops (e.g., visiting trainers) have specific refund policies which are stated on the booking form at the time of booking.
