PRICE:
CLASS COST: £6.00 PER CLASS (Online Booking and Payment Only)

GLOW STICKS: £4.50 PER PAIR (Official Clubbercise Glowsticks which are battery operated, re-useable and yours to keep) (Online Booking and Payment Only)

Participants must be aged 16 and above.

⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Class bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE due to having to pay upfront costs and overheads.
However we understand that sometimes life throws curve balls, so we have implemented a 5 CLASS TRANSFER POLICY BETWEEN Jan-Dec 2025. This means you can transfer a max of 5 times within the year. Please let us know ideally within 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS if you can no longer attend so we can rearrange your booking. For us to swap your class we will need to be notified at the LATEST the morning of your class to allow us to open up your space to those on the waiting list.
If we have to cancel for whatever reason, be it venue changes, or staff illness etc. then we are liable to offer you a transfer to a date of your choice.

GLOWSTICKS
We will no longer be lending out any glow-sticks at this current time due to the difficulty in sanitising the glowsticks and the high risk of transmission of COVID-19. This is in line with Clubbercise HO recommendations. Therefore all Glowsticks will need to be prepaid for via our Booking system and you can collect them in your booked class. We can only accept the use of the Official Clubbercise Glowsticks for use in class as they are CE safety tested and have features like the adjustable wrist straps to keep you and fellow Clubbers safe from any accidents.
You can purchase these the same way you purchased the class booking. Underneath each class booking you will see the option 'GLOW STICKS' add these to basket the same way you did your class booking and follow the checkout process.

What happens in a Clubbercise class?

You'll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. You'll use a pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.

Do I need to be a good dancer?

Definitely not! Our routines combine dance, toning and combat moves, we deliberately make them easy-to-follow so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong.

What should I wear/bring?

Just trainers/sneakers and sportswear/fitness clothing… Neon is optional! And make sure you bring some water and don't forget your GLOWS!
