Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Regular Classes
No refunds will be issued for regular classes.
A make-up class may be arranged at the discretion of Hellojojo Studio.
Time slots for make-up classes will be provided by the studio. If no suitable time is found, the final decision rests with Hellojojo Studio.
No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Sick Leave and Absences:
If your child is unwell and unable to attend, please notify Hellojojo Studio at least 24 hours in advance. A make-up class may be offered, subject to availability.
All make-up classes must be scheduled and completed within 30 days from the date of the missed class.
All make-up class times and content are arranged solely by Hellojojo Studio.
Requests for make-up classes due to illness or personal reasons must follow the proper notification process. Failure to do so will result in the session being marked as a no-show and forfeited.
For Workshops
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. A make-up session may be offered at the discretion of Hellojojo Studio.
Time slots for make-up workshops will be provided by the studio. If a suitable arrangement cannot be made, the studio’s decision will be final.

If Hellojojo Studio Cancels
In the event that a class or workshop is canceled by Hellojojo Studio due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances:
We will notify you as soon as possible.
You will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
