This course runs on the same day at the same time for six weeks. Older siblings are welcome during the school holidays.

Booking when pregnant? Don’t worry if baby is overdue or you cannot start for any serious medical reason we are always more than happy to back class you to a more suitable date.
It is necessary to complete a health questionnaire for this course.
For safety reasons these sessions are floor based - all mats and equipment is provided.
The course is progressive in nature so the same carer should attend all sessions.
