Booking when pregnant? Don’t worry if baby is overdue or you cannot start for any serious medical reason we are always more than happy to back class you to a more suitable date.
It is necessary to complete a health questionnaire for this course.
For safety reasons these sessions are floor based - all mats and equipment is provided.
The course is progressive in nature so the same carer should attend all sessions.
