Bookings & Cancellations
Refunds are not available for cancellations made within the upcoming 24 hours of the class or for no shows.
Classes can not be transferred/changed within 24 hours of the class.
The 4 week class pass can only be used on the selected dates (Monday). These cannot be transferred/refunded if you are unable to make a Monday class or taken into a new month.
Please always let us know if you are unable to make an upcoming class.
Right to Refuse Entry
In Her Steps reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse entry to any individual or cancel a booking where we consider this necessary, including in circumstances involving inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour. Where entry is refused or a booking is cancelled for these reasons, no refund will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE:
A booking fee is charged on all bookings. This will not be included in any refunds made.
