You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another available date (subject to availability).

For bookings made by individuals online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless the event takes place within that period. By booking a course or webinar that starts within 14 days, you agree that access begins immediately and waive this statutory right to cancel.

No refunds are available once the webinar has taken place.
