Weather cancellations are only in rare, exceptional circumstances but if I have to cancel the event due to weather, or any other circumstances a full refund will be supplied.
If you need to cancel then please contact me with as much notice as possible. If in excess of 72 hours (3 days) I will arrange a transfer to another date, or a full refund less payment fees. If between 72 and 25 hours notice then no refund applies however we will explore a transfer to an alternative date.
