As we move towards the height of summer, join me for a beautifully balanced 2-hour yoga practice that reflects the harmony of the season—light and dark, warmth and coolness, activity and rest.
We’ll begin with a simple meditation to settle the mind and connect with the energy of the solstice before easing into Yin yoga—long-held, cooling postures that encourage stillness, deep release, and inner reflection. From there, we’ll transition into dynamic movement, flowing through Sun Salutations to gently awaken warmth, vitality and strength. As we move towards the close of our practice, we’ll slow things down once more, guiding the body back into stillness and ending with a deeply restful 15-minute Savasana to integrate and restore.
This extended practice is an opportunity to find balance—between effort and ease, movement and stillness, embracing both the fire and calm of the season.

Instructions
Arrive 5-10mins before the start time to set up your space
What to wear
Comfortable clothing you can move & relax in (nothing too tight!)
What to bring
Essential - Yoga/Exercise Mat
Optional - Additional mat for extra comfort, 2 x blankets (1 for under head, 1 for cover), eye pillow, cosy socks
