Laughter yoga is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and Rae's warm, welcoming approach will ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the session. Workshops are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

FREE TICKETS: At the LV Life Wellbeing Centre, we believe everybody should have the chance to enjoy self-care. We therefore offer free tickets for those in GENUINE FINANCIAL NEED. In return, we ask that you respect our belief of 'Asteya' - The Yogic practice of 'non-stealing'. We kindly ask that if you book a place in class that you ensure you attend / notify us of non-attendance. Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre.
