No experience is needed-just bring yourself and an open mind! Laughter yoga is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and Rae's warm, welcoming approach will ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the session. Come laugh, stretch, and connect with others in a light-hearted, uplifting environment.

Workshops are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

In return, we ask that you respect our belief of 'Asteya' - The Yogic practice of 'non-stealing'. We kindly ask that if you book a place in class that you ensure you attend / notify us of non-attendance. Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
