Wellbeing sessions in the communty.
With our Wellbeing Membership you can attend everything in the programme, as often as you like. Whether you choose to participate in the same session/s regularly, or mix and match to suit your own schedule, these sessions will greatly benefit mind and body. Members also have a personal playlist of video resources which support the live sessions, and they can schedule individual appointments on a one to one basis
