My philosophy centres on the belief that yoga and Pilates is for every body, and you are encouraged to come exactly as you are—no experience needed and no expectations to meet. Here, you’ll find a nurturing environment to explore your practice, connect with your breath, and strengthen both body and mind.

My classes range from energising flows to calming movement. I aim to meet you where you are on your journey, providing support and encouragement every step of the way. Whether you’re looking to build physical strength, find mental clarity, or simply take a moment for yourself.
