Adults: Introductory general nutrition support, personalised nutrition for preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, postnatal through to and including perimenopause.

Children: Weaning consultations and toddler/young child personalised nutrition.

Please note the adult personalised nutrition consultations need to be booked up 10 days in advance due to documentation requirements.
