Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your booked session, refunds cannot be issued. Where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, we may be able to transfer your booking to another available session at our discretion and subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
If Playfolk cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for illness, but where possible we will try to transfer your booking if sufficient notice is given and spaces are available.
