Introducing our experts
Lolli has been teaching yoga around the world since 2019 at retreats, studios, festivals, bringing an inclusive approach to movement and breathing.
Rachel established Rose Wellbeing Therapies in 2018 and has been offering a wealth of experiences in D&G since then. She is so qualified, experienced and attuned to the energies, and you will feel this in the sound journey.
After a mindful yoga flow to help release tension built up over the week, lie down and bathe in the healing frequencies of quartz sound bowls, chimes, Tibetan sound bowls and more.
