All class bookings at Restore Wellness are processed through Stripe or are payable by cash at the start of the class.
Please review our refund policy before purchasing:
Non-Refundable Classes:
Individual yoga class bookings are non-refundable unless with more than 12 hours notice.
Class passes are also non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your booking when you give more than 12 hours notice. If you cancel within the 12 hour period rescheduling may be available. If you cancel within 6 hours, this is classed as a late cancellation and may result in the class being deducted from your class and no refunds or transfers will be given.
Refund Exceptions:
Refunds will only be issued in cases where Restore Wellness cancels a class.
In such cases, the refund will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
Payment Disputes:
If you have an issue with a Stripe payment, please contact Restore Wellness directly before initiating a dispute.
