At Rings Boxing Limited, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our participants. We understand that plans can change, and there may be occasions when a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for individual class bookings.
If a class is cancelled by the club due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, facility issues), participants are entitled to a full refund or a credit towards a future class.
Up to 7 Days Before Class Start: Participants who cancel their booking up to 7 days before the class start date are entitled to a full refund.
7 to 1 Day(s) Before Class Start: Participants who cancel their booking between 7 and 1 day(s) before the class start date are entitled to a 50% refund.
On or After Class Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the class start date, except in exceptional circumstances as detailed in section 4.
Refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issues, personal emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Participants must submit a written request detailing the circumstances, and supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate) may be required.
Participants must submit a refund request in writing via email to [Email Address] or through the refund request form available on our website. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used by the participant.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Participants are entitled to a refund if the service provided is not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
