Refund Policy
We are committed to providing quality dance experiences. Please review our refund policy below before booking:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Courses & Workshops
For multi-week courses or special workshops, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the start date for a full refund.
After the course has begun, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
Class Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class (e.g. due to instructor illness or low enrolment), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
A transfer to another class of your choice (subject to availability)
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits in these cases will be provided.
