Vinyasa yoga for all levels in small groups or privately. Online and in-person. Real yoga for real people - I am passionate about supporting all ages, body-types and fitness levels to move and enjoy their bodies as they build strength, confidence and inner calm. I share a breath-based Vinyasa (flow) suitable for most people. Each class is unique, building on previous practices and multi-week themes. Regular students will develop their practice over time. Beginners are welcome or can choose Private or Group Foundation Courses first. I teach in English but speak good French and can support students with some English. Make time for yourself and recharge. Simply.

Politique de remboursement

• Students register and pay for classes in advance using a single or multiple class pass for the correct class category (Online or In-person).
• Students are request to register by 6pm the night before class. Cancellations after this point are not generally refunded or rolled-over, especially for limited-number classes or classes that would have been cancelled.
• Classes with less than 3 students at 6pm the night before may be cancelled. Registered students will be informed by What’s app/email and their pass is available for future use.
• Outdoor and SUP classes maybe moved indoors or online due to poor weather. Students registered by 6pm the night before will be informed by Whats App/email.
