Join Paul and Lynette for a powerful and nourishing start to your Sunday.
Lynette will gently guide you through two beautiful guided meditations, creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. As you journey inward, Paul will weave in healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal harp, and other sacred instruments, supporting deep relaxation and balance.
We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the body and nervous system to fully settle and restore.

Please bring along a pillow and a blanket.
Arrive 10 minutes before the event so we can help you settle in to your hammock or chair.
Sound Baths are not recommended for those who are fitted with a pacemaker or in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
