Lynette will gently guide you through two beautiful guided meditations, creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. As you journey inward, Paul will weave in healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal harp, and other sacred instruments, supporting deep relaxation and balance.
We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the body and nervous system to fully settle and restore.
Afterwards, enjoy a hot drink and homemade cake, giving you time to ground, integrate, and gently return before heading into the rest of your day.
