Starshine Performing Arts

  1. Registration Fees

All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee secures a place for your child in the desired class and covers administrative costs.

  1. Class Fees

Class fees are due in full at the time of registration for the term. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

  1. Missed Classes

We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes. However, we will provide information about make-up classes or alternative sessions when available, at the discretion of the instructor.

  1. Class Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Starshine Performing Arts cancels a class, a full refund for the cancelled class will be issued or a credit towards future classes will be provided, as per the parent's preference.

  1. Weather or Emergency Closures

Classes cancelled due to weather or other emergency situations will not be refunded. We will make every effort to reschedule these classes, but make-up classes are not guaranteed.

  1. Medical Conditions

Refunds for medical reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Transfers

Class fees are not transferable to other students or other sessions.

  1. Special Circumstances

We understand that life is unpredictable, and special circumstances may arise. Requests for refunds due to exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any decision made by Starshine Performing Arts regarding such requests will be final.

By registering your child in Starshine Performing Arts classes, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
