Experience drums, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and rattles on and around your body for an immersive 1-1 small group traditionally rooted sound medicine experience.
These sessions can be deeply meditative and are rooted in the traditional practice of sound medicine. During the session I will help you to go within and experience your inner landscape, so that you are able to access the intuitive aspects of yourself.
If you want to experience a more grounded and traditional form of sound bathing this is the session for you.
Wear warm comfortable clothing, bring a pillow, blanket and something to lay on if you would like extra comfort.
We will be lying on the floor in a traditional manner.
Instruments will be placed upon your body during the session.
If you prefer not to have body contact please mention this to me when you arrive.
Warming tea will be provided.
The session will last for approximately 60 minutes.
There is also an optional reflective discussion following the session if you would like to participate.
