Unfortunately we do not authorise refunds if customer does not attend.
We also do not authorise refunds for customer cancellations, we will happily transfer these bookings for you to another date.
We will only transfer dates on 3 occasions after which time if customer does not attend or cancels again this can no longer be transfered and payment will be lost.
