Recover Corner
Informations
This is a one hour self led session in the Recover Corner. The Recover Corner features a 2 person infrared sauna, an ice bath, massage guns, vibrating rollers, pressure point balls, acupressure mats, showers and herbal teas. Please note that each session is available to be booked by a maximum of 2 people. If you would like to have a solo session, please book both spaces.
Instructions
Please wear swimwear/activewear during your session
Please help yourself to a towel and leave it in the basket when you leave
Please shower before entering the cold plunge
Please do not cold plunge if you have a heart condition, respiratory problem, epilepsy, diabetes, cold allergy or are pregnant
Please re-cover cold plunge straight after your dip
For safety, please allow 10 minutes after cold plunging before entering the sauna or taking a hot shower
Please sit on a towel when in the sauna
Please do not touch the settings on the sauna or chiller unit. You can use the controllers in the basket to change/switch off the lights and music in the sauna
Please do not wear shoes in the sauna
