Politique de remboursement

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any session. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a refund for the full amount minus a £3 processing fee.

Please note:

No refunds are offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

For a series booking, no refund will be issued if you cancel within 48 hours of the first scheduled session.
