Toddler Town : Pop-Up Role Play

All Session bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a booked Session, you may transfer your booking to an alternative Session as a one time option, provided that:

• you notify us at least 24 hours before the start of your booked Session;
• the alternative Session has availability; and
• the transfer is to a Session within 90 days of the original booking date.

Transfer requests made less than 24 hours before the Session start time will not be accommodated and no refund will be given, except where the reason is a contagious illness (in which case we will endeavour to offer an alternative date).
