Our Cancellation Policy
We know life can get busy and plans sometimes change. To keep things fair for everyone, here’s how cancellations work for our classes:
More than 24 hours before class: You can transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability) or request a refund.
Within 24 hours of class: Tickets are non-refundable, as we’re unable to fill your space at short notice.
No-shows: If you don’t attend without letting us know, your ticket can’t be refunded or transferred.
If something unexpected comes up, please do let us know. While we can’t guarantee refunds at short notice, we’ll always do our best to support you in joining a future class.
